*Many wood doors sold today are thinner than the size listed. Most manufacturers of doors state that the thickness is +/- 1/16". This can make the louver insert appear to not fit tightly. Please note that this is a condition of the door and not our kits.

A. We do not have an explicit warranty. We stand behind our workmanship. This product is made of unfinished wood and subject to environmental conditions.
Q. What is the maximum size of louver insert?
A. The chevron insert can be made to a maximum size of 40 wide x 95 tall. When louvers get wider than 20", they have a tendency to move. Wider sized louver inserts will have a center stabilizing bar.
