Louver Pad Door Insert with Molding: Chevron Louver
*Each kit works for either 1-3/8" or 1-3/4" thick doors.
The louver pad is made to the exact size ordered. Quarter-round molding is provided loose for both sides of the pad for installation. The quarter-round molding measures 1/4" x 3/8" for 1-3/4" doors or 3/8" x 1/4" for 1-3/8" doors.
Unfinished Alder
- Special Order: Allow 4 weeks - Not Returnable.
- Molding (shipped loose) is face nailed into door core (nails not included).
- Order by the outside measurement (opening size) - we suggest that you do not cut the hole in your door until you receive your louver.
- Any size 20" wide or larger will have a center vertical bar for support. Kits with no support are available per quote).
Chevron Louvers slant down from both sides of the door.
